Payments on Account of Profit Costs Increase
The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) has recently announced an increase to the amount paid on Payments on Account (POA) for profit costs. As of 4th August 2020, the LAA are now paying 80% of costs on account an increase of 5% instead of the usual 75%. This is a temporary change to last until the end of January 2021.
