As the Legal Aid Agency and the Senior Courts Costs Office work electronically we can continue to submit claims and bills on your behalf to ensure cash flow is not impacted.
We are committed to assisting firms to ensure claims are paid promptly. We continue to offer our processing services, as well as assisting in Payments on Account & Legal Help submissions. We are also looking at the possibility of providing remote training if required. We continue to monitor the situation and adapt our business as required to provide a non-disruptive service.
